CANCELLATION POLICY

A card is now required to be on file when booking an appointment. Last Minute Cancellations •Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment •Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in you being charged 50% of the service price •Same Day Cancellations will result in being charged 50% of the service No Shows • If you miss your scheduled appointment without notice you will be charged 100% of the service Late Arrivals • If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you may have to reschedule and will be charged 50% of the service. Any deposits paid will go toward your service and are non-refundable. A deposit may be transferred one time to a new appointment if rescheduled within the appropriate time frame. If for any reason the card on file can not be charged, an invoice will be sent and must be paid before booking another appointment. If you are sick please notify me immediately so we can reschedule your appointment in a timely manner. Please remember that I am a small business so my policies are just to keep my doors open so I can continue to do what I love.
